i have the tamron 18-250mm 1:3.5-6.3 on my pentax kx and it fits and works perfect – it is model A18P and the box is labelled ‘for pentax’ — i think you may have ordered the lens without specifying ‘for pentax’? (it is a brilliant lens, especially for travelling).

The Tamron 18-250mm F/3.5-6.3 lens does not fit the Pentax K-x. I’d purchased the lens based on the recommendation on this page only to discover that the lens don’t fit. Now I have to return the lens and pay a 15% restocking fee plus shipping. Please revise the content. I want to thank you for taking the time to provide the content, but please make sure that future content is accurate before it get posted.
